The goal of the forum was to drive brand awareness though education and brand experience for Google’s Cloud Security offering to C-Suite prospects and current Google clients and a requirement to manage international keynote speakers and content from all over the globe. The event was designed to reinforce to customers the strength of Google Cloud and encourage the protection of their online data security whilst creating multiple breakout environments and interactive zones for immersive demonstrations. The key message was to deliver an event with brand presence that incorporates digital, creative and interactive touchpoints designed to ‘wow’ and inspire. One of the key requirements was to custom build and create 4 life-size demonstrations as to how security is portrayed in a physical format.
Strategy + Results
Solution Entertainment delivered an event for 180 guests where we transformed Australian Technology Park to provide four uniquely different spaces. Activations included a welcome zone with custom-built breakout rooms, custom water stations with Moda Sparkling on tap and a food zone with a life-size sushi train for food and beverage. Transitional tunnels, a keynote speaker zone and a demo zone with a VR station for guests to immerse themselves. With personalised touches throughout and state-of-the-art technology, guests were taken on a complete immersive experience which measured as the best event globally within the internal Google Cloud team and has been recognised globally as a benchmark. Additionally, the global strategic team felt as though the demonstrations we built were the most complex they had seen in 10 years.
